How to make the juice:

Prep your juicing station and prep your ingredients. Wash and peel the carrots, orange, and lemon. Remove seeds from the orange and lemons if needed. Remove the outside skin of the fresh ginger with a knife. Cut the carrots into smaller pieces to fit int your juicer. Add each ingredient to your juicer and juice it up. Mix the juice together and taste. Add additional ingredients for more juice to taste.

Makes about 32oz of juice, unstrained

Here are some of the benefits of the ingredients:

Carrots are excellent for juicing and will give this juice a bold, bright orange color. Carrots are rich in nutrients and are a great source of beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A is essential for maintaining healthy vision, skin, and immune function. Carrots also contain antioxidants like carotenoids and anthocyanins, which helps combat oxidative stress and inflammation in the body. The fiber and potassium in carrots contribute to heart health by promoting healthy blood pressure levels and reducing cholesterol.

Oranges are renowned for their high vitamin C content, crucial for immune system function, collagen production, and antioxidant defense. Oranges also contain various antioxidants, including flavonoids, which help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. In addition, the potassium in oranges contributes to heart health by helping to maintain healthy blood pressure levels.

Ginger has anti-inflammatory effects that may help reduce inflammation in the body. It has immune-boosting properties and can help strengthen the immune system and contains antioxidants that combat oxidative stress and protect against cellular damage. Ginger has also been used traditionally as a natural remedy for pain relief and may help alleviate muscle soreness. Ginger is even known for its ability to alleviate nausea and vomiting.

Lemons offer several potential health benefits. They are rich in vitamin C, which supports the immune system and promotes healthy skin. The antioxidants in lemons help combat oxidative stress and protect against cellular damage. Lemon water can aid digestion and hydration, and lemons' natural acidity may assist in reducing the risk of kidney stones.

Optional Super Boosts:

Add a yellow or orange pepper for some more veggies

Add a dash of cayenne pepper to give it some spice
