Smoothie Ingredient Guide: Fruits

Fresh or frozen fruits are the main ingredient in most smoothies. They vary in flavor, color and nutritional content and make for a seemingly unlimited set of delicious smoothies.

Fruits such as avocado, banana, mango, pineapple and peach are great for adding a thicker, creamier texture to your smoothie.
