Ginger Parsley Green Juice

Ingredients

Cucumber, 1

Lime, 1/2

Celery, 1/2 Stalk

Ginger, 1 small piece

Kale

Green Apples, 2

Spinach

Parsley, a bit

How to make the juice:

Prep your juicing station and prep your ingredients. Wash all your ingredients thoroughly. Wash and peel the ginger. Wash and cut off the ends of the cucumber and celery. Thoroughly wash the the kale, spinach and parsley. Peel the lime and core the apples. Add each ingredient to your juicer and juice it up. Mix the juice together and taste. Add additional ingredients for more juice to taste.

Makes about 20oz of juice, unstrained
