Green Clean Smoothie

Looking for a healthy, cool green smoothie? Look no further! This smoothie is the perfect green smoothie for most occasions whether it be a light morning breakfast or a healthy afternoon snack.
It’s green, its clean, and its a little tart but with a smooth finish. It’s a great green healthy juice smoothie that works as a detox or cleanse smoothie too.
To make this smoothie, start by adding the Coconut Water. Then the vegetables - add the Kale, Mint leaves, and Ginger. Then add Frozen Pineapple and Mango. Then add the bit of Spirulina to really make that green color pop. Lastly, top it off with a squeeze of Lemon. Blend for a bit, starting on a lower speed then working up to higher speeds to break the frozen fruits. Blend until all ingredients are mixed and you have a smooth, icy consistency. Taste and add additional ingredients to taste or more ice or frozen fruit to thicken.
Makes about one 16oz serving
Optional Super Boosts:
Add 1/4 of an avocado to make it smooth and creamy, and add some healthy fats
A spoonful of unflavored or vanilla plant protein to get some additional protein
